We use TherapyNotes as our Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Through your portal, you can pay invoices, request sessions with your therapist, fill out paperwork prior to your appointments, get sent forms from your therapist, and complete telehealth visits.
TherapyNotes is used by many mental health clinicians and is HIPAA compliant.

Typically, we will ask that you fill out your intake forms prior to your first appointment. We will send you the required forms via your portal, where you can view them, fill them out, and electronically sign them. However, in cases that you would rather print your intake forms, click the below links to access printable versions of our intake paperwork.
