Services We Provide
Individual therapy allows clients to engage in one-on-one sessions with a licensed mental health professional. It provides a safe and confidential environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, facilitating self-discovery and personal growth. Through various therapeutic techniques, clients can address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, ultimately empowering them to develop healthier coping strategies and improve their overall well-being.
Individual Therapy
Couples therapy is designed to help partners improve their relationship and resolve conflicts. Through guided discussions and structured exercises, couples will work to identify underlying issues, enhance communication, and develop healthier patterns of interaction. The goal is to foster understanding and connection, enabling partners to navigate challenges more effectively and strengthen their bond.

Family therapy is aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts within families. Through open dialogue, participants gain insights into their relationships, fostering healthier interactions. The goal is to create a supportive environment for expressing feelings and collaboratively finding solutions, ultimately strengthening familial bonds.
Family Therapy
Psychological assessments are systematic procedures used to evaluate an individual’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. These assessments employ a variety of tools, such as standardized tests, questionnaires, interviews, and observations, to gather comprehensive data about a person’s strengths and weaknesses. The results can inform diagnosis, treatment planning, and interventions, providing valuable insights for mental health professionals and supporting individuals in their personal development and therapeutic journeys.
At Lee Therapy and Assessment, PLLC, we offer the following types of evaluations:
ADHD testing
IQ testing / general cognitive testing
Learning disability screening
Social, emotional, behavioral evaluation
Personality assessment
Neurocognitive screening
Comprehensive psychoeducational testing
This usually includes elements from all types of testing – IQ, academic/achievement, ADHD, social, emotional, behavioral, etc.
Neurodevelopmental testing (for adults, 18+).
Often associated with autism testing
We do not offer autism testing for children at this time.
We do not offer competency to stand trial evaluations, fitness to proceed evaluations, insanity evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations for law enforcement personnel, or child custody or adoption evaluations. We may not sign the Declaration of Psychological and Emotional Health form required for any individual seeking a personal protection endorsement under 37 TAC §35.91.
